No. Waiting for 2-1/4 hrs. for a simple oil change is unexceptable! Having and making an appointment a week ahead makes absolutely no sense. Why make an appointment if this how long this will take. I will not be buying any new vehicles or returning for maintenance to this dealership again. Terrible service!
