I waited 21/2 hours for my vehicle to be done. I was there ahead of most of the people and I was one of the last one to leave. Jose wasn’t very personable but he was nice to me. I felt he didn’t let me know what was going on for the time that I was there. I would think he would keep me updated

The service advisor Jose did fine. I dont agree with the recommendations the tech gave. Transmission service when its a new transmission in February. EFI just had that done in February. Brake fluid exchange had that done in February also.
