You caught a couple of things I was thinking about but hadn't mentioned like the battery and air filter? Did the oil change and hopefully cured the key problem but installing new batteries. No surprises and car was done in a timely manner. Thank you for that and following up.

I made an appointment and my car wasnt done for 3 hours just to get an oil change.
None of the members of the service staff were wearing masks during the pandemic.
They weren't very tentative to the customers and while talking to them they would engage in side conversation with other staff.
