Tony! (Antonio) You have an awesome employee at Pedder! I’ve worked in customer service as a regional manager in sales and consultant. I was truly impressed at his service towards my vehicle service. I wasn’t ready to make the purchases made towards my vehicle service price, but Tony made it easy for me to understand the purpose of the service. Even after purchase he explained further details to prevent from having another issue. . Very thorough. Very patient. Yet thrived with incredible service! I almost wanted to offer him a job at my company for his great service that he gave me. Most auto shops you go in and out but Tony was incredibly welcoming and service was awesome! Better promote that guy!
