Jose was THE nicest associate I've worked with in such a long time. He was honest, upfront and very helpful throughout the entire process answering way more questions than i probably need to be asking. He worked around my schedule and time constraints, as well as gave his insight and advice when asking questions about the longevity of my car and its components. Talking to him felt like i was talking to a friend, what more could a customer ask for than to be treated with that level of respect and care! I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I have been trying to obtain information regarding my cars warranty but until today haven’t heard back from advisor. I understand there may be saturated with work but 2 weeks seems like enough time. My lock to my keys was lost and haven’t been able to change tires and brakes. Have been driving my kids to Drs appts like this. Usually don’t have a problem with service but this time I honestly don’t know that happened.
