When I got there I waited about 10 minutes to get helped, I also waited for over 2 hours and no one ever came up to me to tell me my car was done. I had to email you guys back because no one ever came up to me or helped me that the front desk and then I still waited 30 minutes until I checked my emailed and I had a email that my car was ready. I would say this was one of the worst experiences I had there.

Ruined two pairs of work shoes blew sand all over the bed of my truck and stroller where my beach blanket and toys for my kids went I have zero clue at all but hey it's all good called several people no one got back to me or my husband then told him it was his fault for leaving it in the truck we were there for a simple pil change that was it so we will be making sure to get rid of our truck and go with dodge or Chevy. Very unpleasant staff and unprofessional business no wonder why everyone leaves nasty reviews on google and Facebook for hemets pedder nissan.

I brought my jeep in for a lowjack instalation and some kind of clear coat done , when my vehicle waz returned to me it had numeruos scratches ,and i noticed the fendars were foggy n color and not like it waz prior , so i had spoke w juan and he observed the numerous scratches i then showed him more swirl marks and other scratches he didnt notice , he said they would fix it no problem ,I return to pick up my vehicle and still noticeable scratches didnt even look like it got touched i brought this to his attention and pretty much told me nothing else they can do , I havnt even made a payment yet amd now my truck to me feels ruined , trying to keep my cool amongst this misserable srtress , here is my contact info if you can make this situation amy better for me id appreciate it Robert Hall ****-****-xxxx

I told them I want my parts for some odd reason vacant not find them they charge to me an arm and a lay to fix the issue and could not find my Parts Plus I was promised on old change and tire rotation at no cost which was not done so I was not happy at the end of this visit and I always bring my car to you guys cause that's where the car was bought from
