The employees were very nice. I had an appointment and dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am but it wasn’t ready until about 3:30 pm which would have been ok if it wasn’t for the following issues... 1) I understand there is no shuttle right now because of COVID but the dealership should consider offering Ubers or Lyfts like other companies are doing. 2) My car was not washed, someone offered to take it into the wash but then I would have had to wait longer, if the vehicle was there that long they could have washed it before calling me. 3) When I dropped it off I asked to have someone take a look at the bottom part of my Altima that seems to be missing a screw. This was not done while my vehicle was there. I did mention it to Barbara and she came out and tried to put in a push screw but I don’t think it was the correct one for the part. Now I will have to make another appointment and return, pay for a ride share again. This should have been done while my vehicle was there. Unacceptable specially considering the amount of time my vehicle was there.

Told them I wanted my old parts did not get them all they could not be found. They did not do the oil change that when I picked up my car. Every time I called to talk to Barbara she was not available. No one call me to let me know my car was done I had to call and ck on it.
