First of all the services I requested weren't perform for the price quote I was given over the phone, I wasn't aware that the oil change was not done with a synthetic blend like I have been using but with regular oil, my car previously to the service had a low tire and wasn't checked or fill like it says on your check list report, last of the list is every time I take my car for a service I get a complementary car wash but this time they were more on a hurry to get me out the door than go over the services perform on my car.

Car still dirty. Slapping on some Shiney stuff doesn't make it clean. Pretty gross actually. Driver side seat was missing a switch. Passenger was OK. Picked up truck the driver side was installed and now the passenger side is missing.

We see Barbara almost every other month for service on one of our vehicles. She greets us by name, knows exactly what we need, and is always soooo friendly and helpful. Best service we have ever had. The whole team is great!

I understand due to COVID you might be understaff, well at least that was the excuse I was given of why the waiting period to have the car service would be 2 hours, but I’m not satisfied and it’s unacceptable. My car was not ready until 3 hours later and what worse I had to call twice at the 2 hr mark and then close to 3hr mark to get an update. I was told Paul would follow up but he never did. In addition if emails notifications are sent out to customers about getting the car service it would be common courtesy to inform us the waiting period for an oil change will take approximately 2 hours and the “SHUTTLE SERVICE” is unavailable. What is Pedder Nissan thinking people are actually going to free up 2 - 3 hours for an oil change???? Suggestions: - provide better customer training to the service department - better customer education - bring back the express oil change service Regards, Martin E
