I had to keep calling to find out the process of my car. I had too also keep calling to see if I was able to get a rental. I also had to call to see when my car would be done & when it was done no one hesitated to call and let me know I was able to pick up I had to be the one to call AGAIN ! I was not upset but I just felt that I shouldn’t have to be the one to be calling to find out information about my vehicle. I also did not like the fact that I when I went to pick up my car they literally told me “here’s the keys and the paper work” & when I had questions about my vehicle they told me “everything is on my paper work” like you dnt even know what questions I have ! They were in such a rush to get me out of there! I work in customer service and I would never treat anyone like that let alone let the person leave without knowing any info about there vehicle . Poor customer service and the worse I’ve ever had.

Went in for service on a trunk kit, then asked about my alarm horn randomly going off. They said they would call the alarm company to service and that I would need to return in 4 hours. 4 hours later, they claimed they didn’t know anything about the trunk kit, they didn’t call the alarm company and my alarm is still going off. They ended up finding a trunk kit and installed it, but it is too small. I dealt bad for Barbara because she was getting just as frustrated as I was.

What’s the purpose of making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours, I left my car there , I came back in an hour in a half, and they still had not even taken it in, so I had to wait another 1/2 hour.

My wife shopped around for hours to find the best place to get an oil change I told her just go to the dealer (Pedder Nissan) that's the best place to go "its quick","it doesn't cost that much" the young Lady that helped us said it would be 1&half to 2 hours. We said ok because I has to work. My wife and I were very mad because of something that takes 20 mins took 3 and 1/2 hours. She could have told us that she doesn't know of over estimated the time. If this information were told to us we would have went some where else. Now I know We will not be going back to "peddler" Nissan for services. Thank you
