No communication between customer service and service advisor. Car is not done yet! But , yesterday, customers service sent me a message that my car is ready for pick up. I returned the rental car and proceeded to Nissan to pick up my car only to find out that my car is torn apart still in the process of repair. This is disappointing! I’ve waisted my time and money for Uber rides. Please coordinate!
