I am very satisfied of the recent service of my car. But, disappointed when Paul Thompson told me that as soon they are done washing my car he will let me know and he will checked me out. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t wash. And one other thing, my next mileages service sticker recommended at 63089 miles. I have to drive 5000 miles before my next services?

Everything was good until the end when he said that he would give us a military discount. So I showed him our military card and he said the price would go from $130 to $117. According to the receipt he did charge us $130 anyway.

SHE DIDNT BRIEF OTHERS NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT MY CAR ABD SHE HAD SECURED. I REALLY WANTED TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON THIS WOMAN WHO I DEALT WITH WHEN I DROPPED OFF MY CAR VIA TOW TRUCK. AN OLDER GENTLEMAN WAS SO KIND TO ME ABD I THINK CAUSE HE SAW HER RUDENESS TOWARDS ME.
I FEMT LIKE SGE WAS A RACIST HISPANIC WOMAN AND IM OK WITH THAT TOO JUST DO YOUR JOB. I DONT CARE IF YOU DONT LIKE ME JUST DO WHAT YOURE HERE TO DO OR GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT WOMAN NEEDS TRAINING CAUSE SHE GIVES YOUR PEDDER NISSAN A HORRIBLE NAME. IM A POLICE OFFICER WITH LOTS OF INFLUENCE AND ILL BE HONEST WITH YOU IM TELLING EVERYONE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE. 1. I walked into nissan for my service appointment for my FRONT breaks , and oil change and there were two desks open out of like 4 or 5 check in service desks, I asked the RUDE lady (Barbra) “ hey excuse me where do we stand to check in for service” she responding irritatedly someone will help you soon enough and rolled her eyes and started talking to her friend about how impatient I was, however it’s not that I’m impatient it’s that when I stood waiting with no sense of direction, and people kept getting assistance in front of me and two other employees standing around not doing anything.finally I got assistance from Danny **** after waiting so long !
1hours 30mins go by then:
2. Barbra then yells across the room to my husband, “what are you here for” no hi no hello how’s your day but rudely yells in a rude voice like she’s had a long day and someone pissed her off, I tell her I’m waiting on my car it’s being serviced, she then yells no you don’t Im the only one here in service everyone’s left, (however if she was paying me and my husband any attention she would’ve known she seen us earlier being rude and it wasn’t my husbands car it was my car she should’ve talked or asked to me) (& so apparently my service guy Danny left )now as my husband walks to the garage door to see where my car was, and he seen it up in the air.
1hour goes by, my car is still in the air being serviced.
3.carlos comes back and says I had come all the way back here to nissan because I heard that my co worker Barbra was trying to assist you and you were being disrespectful and not cooperative and so I had to come back all the way back to assist you, me and my husband gets immediately offended because we weren’t we answered all of her questions didn’t raise our voice like her, and everything , so I asked how were we being anything We so confused and Barbra NEVER TALKED TO THE OWNER OF THE CAR ME ANTWAN and only talked to my husband and there wasn’t anything she could do to assist as of yet with my car still being worked on. So I explained to Carlos what happened he said you can’t see your car from here your lying its on the other side of the garage and there’s no windows, I said yes I walked to the garage door and seen it in the air on the other side you can still see it in the air and my car has a particular bumper sticker, and I seen it and then I said and I’ve been cooperative even though your co worker Barbra has been nothing but MEAN RUDE AND UNPLEASANT AND MADE US EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, I don’t know what personal issues she’s bringing to work but it’s affecting her work and professionalism, when I was explaining it to Carlos even tho he was rude for calling us a liar about noticing are car still being worked on, we told him and then Barbra starts yelling at us that’s not true you and WHAT I SAID WUZZZZZ (that’s how she said it ) & I’m not lying you can pull the camera up and see!!!
4. Carlos made me feel uncomfortable for him saying I was responsible for him to waste his gas to come back to work when he was off” we didn’t do anything and been so pleasant
5. Barbra trying to argue with my husband when there has been no communication about my car from ANYONE AND THERE WAS STILL MORE THAN ONE SERVICE MEMEBER WITH BARBRA LYING SAYING SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE WAS STILL ANOTHER MAN WORKING.
6. At the time of check out I find out that they didn’t do what I asked which was change my FRONT BREAKS they changed only my BACK BREAKS. And I asked that they tell me if I need them both changed because I wanted them both if they did and I called in advance and they told me I could arrange that at the time of check in which I did notify Carlos about and he said he would and understood, they however never kept communication with myself CARLOS, JOSE, BARBRA. The MECHANIC JOSE never came to update me that I did in fact need them both changed and that he changed my back ones without asking when I wanted the fronts since those were the ones squeeling. He handed me my keys and said my car would be outside and that I need to come back for the front ones later another time and to schedule it. I asked to speak to the manager and they said there wasn’t one but I went up front and there was so then again lied to me. POOR SERVICE
