Not initially. Diagnosis kept indicating that everything was fine and there's nothing wrong with my car and that it ran like every other Murano when it was running horribly . Even the 2nd to last time I was there, Pedder indicated that it was fine now and when I drove away, it was running horribly so I turned right back around and said, "nope" . It was then that Pedder decided to replace my transmission and Kevin was only recent to the overall case. It's not any issue about lack of courtesy from the service people, but it was the fact your diagnosis systems kept indicating there was no problem.
