It takes me approximately 12 minutes to drive to Sutton Ford from my house. After I dropped my vehicle off I received transportation back home within 10 minutes. When I wasinformed that my vehicle was ready to be picked up it took over an hour for the driver to arrive. There was no explanation as to why it took so long.

Replace the recall on windshield wipers. They completely stopped working in the dark and the rain while driving on the expressway. Leaving myself and family in a very dangerous situation. Tire pressure on tires was all off after tire repair. Promised to call when paint for a paint repair was in. Have not got a call to repair on the car.
