The service is great. They kept us very well informed on everything going on, time wise and everything was great, except for, there is always an except for. When we got our car back who ever had driven it had grease on their shoes and so it was on our floor mat. I do not know why they did not put floor mat papers down?

The phone responsiveness was worse than terrible . I was on the phone for almost an hour being bounced around thru 3 or 4 separate people without getting a simple service appointment. This made no sense. The only real help I was able to get was from ithe Sales Manager after driving to the dealership after work and of course the service department was then closed . The sales manager took the leadership role , made a decision and got me the appointment which was impossible to do over the phone after more than 4 separate phone calls . A Safety Recall appointment shouldn’t been that difficult . Last visit for anything. I love the Sutton family but the current dealership phone and service departments protocols as well as related personnel to those departments need major retooling and customer relations training .
