Jessica was great. I got in my vehicle today and realized 2 things. 1 that my glovebox is locked 24/7 and it was unlocked at the dealer at some point. And 2. my seat had a new cover put on it and now my seat does not adjust and the electronics underneath were not put back where they came from. I will have to call to get this fixed again

Jillian has done an excellent job making sure my car was done right. She has coordinated with the rental car service as I had obligations that I could not forego. I have had a couple of issues since my car was repaired and she has answered all of my questions and coordinated ride pickup and drop offs for me. All the drivers have been excellent as well.
