My issue was the wait time almost five hours for an oil change if would have known that I could have just went to World Hyundai around the corner, my wait time went from two hours to additional two and half because of a oil filter. Other than that the service is great.

Victoria, thank you. I came in feeling discouraged about my Ford Edge. After you told me that my car needed and that you would take good care of it, I felt somewhat better. I have been doing business with Ford since 1999 when I bought my brand new **** ZX. You all took care of me each time I had my oil changed. I really don't remember having any major trouble with it.
