I didn't know that the auto butler was not a complete detail. My first couple of Auto Butler was completely detailed inside and out. This was not the case for this experience although I specifically pointed out to where the trouble areas were. Not your fault or anything based off the new information that I was told in that the inside is not covered and is just a courtesy. So again it was just a different experience compared to what I had the last 2 times on my previous visit.
