I needed to shuttle to pick up my vehicle. The driver never called me. I called the dealership several times. I sent an email out. I text several messages. I couldn't pick up my truck till the next day. I called the next day. The connected me to.anoter line. And the phone kept ringing. I had to find a ride to.the dealership today

Victoria was knowledgeable of the services being rendered. In laymen’s terms, explained how it would benefit me to select one option over the other. In addition she informed me to remove my decorative tire caps back to the rubber ones before winter, which I shared with a friend who has the same caps. She remembered me when I returned which provides a level of much needed trust in the auto repair industry. She located me in the other waiting area to provide good news that an additional costly repair would not be needed.

Jason is the best a total professional, I appreciate him and all his efforts. Now with that out of the way the tech and management need improvement. I came in for a oil change ended up getting a air filter and by the time I made it home there was a trail of antifreeze from under my car almost as wide as my car. I called and spoke with Jason Jr and told him I would need a tow back up there he stated that Brian told him that I would have to get it back up there and if it was something that you guys messed up you would reimburse me for my tow. So I had to pay for a toll to get it back up there The tech went over it and said a hose came loose from my radiator, funny how that hadn't happened until I came up there to get an oil change. I drive 25 mi to work and 25 mi back home if that was going to happen it would have done it before I had an oil change. So I was also told that it would be $99 to fix that when it was just a clamp according to the tech, I told Jason I am not paying that and he was like Brian said just pay for the cost of the antifreeze. So I said cool is he going to reimburse me for my tow? Jason said Brian said he wasn't going to cover that, of course he wouldn't so Brian came out and talked to me and asked me who did I have working on my car I told him you guys. He said no I mean who did you have working on your car other than that because the clamp look like it had been pushed back about 3 or 4 in, my response was nobody because nothing was wrong with my car before I brought it up there. So in conclusion Jason Jr did a wonderful and awesome job I am out tow money for something that shouldn't have happened to my car oh yes and the check engine light was on and I talked to the tech about it and he had an attitude and told me I would have to pay for a diagnostic. Overall satisfied with Jason the experience with the rest of the team not so much, and the sad part is I used to work there.

Thank you guys at Sutton Ford for years of great service. All my cars have been from Ford and completely satisfied. In the past I had one complaint which was the "long waiting period" which has been addressed.
Yet, still I'm completely satisfied with Sutton Ford. Jason Dunkin Scott Jr. is a great addition to the team, I feel. He is professional and knowledgeable about the job at hand. He also friendly and easy to talk too. A sense of comfort for this introvert. Another great guy was Jamie Vasquez. Job well done, Sutton Ford.
