Thank you guys at Sutton Ford for years of great service. All my cars have been from Ford and completely satisfied. In the past I had one complaint which was the "long waiting period" which has been addressed.
Yet, still I'm completely satisfied with Sutton Ford. Jason Dunkin Scott Jr. is a great addition to the team, I feel. He is professional and knowledgeable about the job at hand. He also friendly and easy to talk too. A sense of comfort for this introvert. Another great guy was Jamie Vasquez. Job well done, Sutton Ford.

The technician broke my wheel bolt and the manager RUFUSED to replace and pay for it. It was not broke when I brought it in & the manager Brian admitted Ford broke it. I will be going to corporate and get my attorney involved, if necessary.
Brian also said it was safe to drive with only 4 lugnuts- that is not my understanding talking to other certified mechanics.
