She even went and took a picture of the work that I had done on my car and brought it back to me so I could see it before I went to the cashier to pay. I forgot to mention that I'm in a wheelchair and she was very accommodating.

I was in on May 3. They charged me 400 and something dollars. The light in my engine still comes on I bring it back. They say that the first time I was there they told me I needed a cabin O2 sensor. and that I denied wanting to pay for one, so when I bring it back a month later cause the engine lights still on they charge me another 600. For the same stuff that I did the first time. It was a complete rip off. I would like to know if the guy who is helping me a kickback for charging me another $600. I will go to another Ford dealer. I feel like I totally ripped off.
