I mentioned to the service tech Jason that my under shield, which I had replaced by Ford, brand new back in April from the same shop During my last oil change had come loose. Instead of correcting the problem, the technician who did the oil change simply tucked it under not too be seen and in the vehicle concern comments on my invoice said that the corner piece was damaged. He knew the brand new piece from the under shield was damaged and disregarded. I need some one from management to contact me to correct this problem. I have invoices from April proving that the under shield and its parts were brand new. The service desk employees were very helpful, Jason and Victoria. But I am extremely upset with the service technicians and how service vehicles and their lack of corrective action on how to work on Ford vehicles and parts replacements. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx. I prefer to talk to top managers and that they’re supervisors, Thank you!!
