Although no one can ever be too sure about anything. There is never a guarantee a new car part is going to act accordingly. With that said, the only downfall to the services rendered was having to come back for corrections. But it happens. The rep has no way of knowing any part is going to fail after installation. The tech won't know. So whose to blame. No one! I chalk it up to "the luck of the draw". I'd like to think my rep did everything in her power to right the situation and got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. I couldn't be more thankful. My biggest issue is with the warranty company. They can delay repairs for up to 2wks and I've also experienced longer wait times due to their time taking process. Sutton Ford, I have no issues with you at all, at this point. I am extremely thankful for your services.
