I dropped my car off at 1:15 for an auto butler appointment. I was given a shuttle ride to my house. I Received a phone call at 4:30pm that my car was finished. Was asked if I would need a shuttle ride back and I said yes. I was told that someone would call me shortly and be on their way for me. I called back at 5:30 asking when my ride was coming cause I still hadn't heard anything. The guy took down my address and said he would send someone over shortly. At 6:30 I still hadn't heard anything and I had hungry, complaining kids who wanted to eat. I didn't want to start making dinner in case I had to go for my car so I called back again.. I was transferred to someone, I'm assuming in the shop cause I heard power tools in the background. He answered the phone by simply saying hello, no name given. I told him about my situation and how this was the third time I was calling and I was just wondering when someone would be coming for me. He told me that I was not the only person who needed a ride that day. That there was a bunch of people waiting too. He also said that they were super busy there and had other things to do. He told me that he's not just going to send out a car to my house to get me just because I want one. He was very rude and ignorant on the phone. I told him that the manner in which he was speaking to me and the attitude he was having was unnecessary. I told him that I don't appreciate him talking to me like that and that he needs to be nicer when talking to customers. He dropped the phone, I heard a bang noise, and evidently walked away cause I kept asking what time someone would come and no one answered. I hung up and called back and Danielle who answered from another location talked to her manager about the situation. She even told me that I shouldn't have been called until my car was ready and a ride was in place. Don't tell people that someone is coming for them and 2 hours later there is still no communication. Brian ended up calling me back later and did send a car out. When I got there to get my car, it was after 7 and the place was not busy. The shop guys were just sitting there talking. The whole experience was ridiculous and no one should have to go through that, especially talked down to like that!

I came in for an oil change/appraisal but the oil change took much too long, a 2 hour wait for what was discussed as a 45 minute to an hour wait due to another department had my keys for the appraisal. I ultimately had to ask what the hold up was. I was supposed to get a car wash but considering the time frame, I had other obligations and didn't receive one nor inquire about it. However, because it was a 2 in 1 process I will be coming back to Sutton Ford for further service needs, I just hope the service is a little more accommodating to my needs.

I did not receive my discount on the tire I purchased as a Ford employee. Initially I was told I had to buy four tires to receive a Ford discount that all roughly 100k members receive let alone 10k members in this local area. I have purchased tires before and never had a issue receiving my discount.
Until today....
When I went to the counter and asked was the discount applied they lady at the payment desk said yes... I looked at the receipt and noticed $12 was taken off from the initial $262 price for both tire. Our discount is 15% off of any larts purchased. I didnt even have the energy to go back in there and argue after a long day of my tire getting blown out...
I felt totally hustled and slighted and will never be back. Will be visiting the Homewood location from now on and will not hesitate to all uaw Ford members I know
