The person who serviced my vehicle for the auto butler did a horrid job.
He did not clean the car before applying the auto butler.
The car had the same dirt on it from when I brought it in.
Now I'm wondering when I go to the car wash will I be able to remove the dirt since he applied the auto butler to it?
I have NO Problem WITH MY QUICK LANE SERVICE.
But the auto butler service was very displeasing.
The person who serviced my vehicle should rethink the way he clean the cars BEFORE HE APPLIES THE AUTO BUTLER

Appreciate the work that was done on my car. This is my first Lincoln, and I love the quality of this vehicle. One suggestion, I have owned a Mercedes and have owned a BMW prior to the Lincoln and anytime my car was serviced, it was cleaned and vacuumed as a courtesy thanking customers for owning a Lincoln. Just a suggestion. Goes a long way for when you're looking to buy your next car. Thanks

Well, they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. David told me if it won't start again, call and have it towed to them. He said said don't let them give it a jump start. So that makes sense.
