I would like to be acknowledged when I approach the service at the begiinning of
My visit. I stood for a minute before the person working at the desk said anything to me.
As well, the tech incorrectly told me that there was nothing wrong with my car until I had to call my daughter and have her talk to the tech and then he discovered the problem. I believe that this treatment is partially because I am a woman and my age.
