Melissa Lebron always goes the extra mile to answer my questions and be helpful. I work as an OR nurse in a busy level one trauma center in Chicago. My timing in being able to get my car in to be serviced is a challenge; Melissa is so accommodating and understands the crunch I'm in during the week. She continues to treat me and my 2010 MKX in a professional kind manner; that's what I love most about the customer service at Sutton Ford.

I had a few things added to my new vehicle
and brought it home that evening and put it in my garage. The following morning my son noticed some damage to the driver's door handle. It was cracked.
It was not like that when I left it there to be worked on.
I took it there to have the center caps my rims had missing installed today and the service person took pictures to show his boss on monday.I am hoping they will repair the damage as soon as possible.
