The persistent issue with our 2011 Escape Hybrid was not resolved after yet another expensive attempt to repair. The "wrench" warning light returned n our first short trip (15 miles) at highway speed. The issue, whether simple or complex, has neither been correctly diagnosed nor successfully repaired. I knew within the first mile of driving after this "repair" the vehicle was not operating correctly. The gas engine over-revved at the first call for power. The technician drove who it after the repair would have discovered this with an attempt to replicate the conditions I explained to the service desk. If it's a communication issue, without access to the technician I can only be responsible for my part. If the issue is too complicated to resolve by the technician, it should escalate to a Ford advisor with the correct expertise, and this action should be communicated to me. It's unfair to me to chase an issue which hasn't been correctly identified and, given the track record, is unlikely to be correctly identified in the future. I've asked repeatedly for feedback from Ford (corporate) which returned silence. It's pointless to return to Sutton Ford again for service without fulfillment or indemnification.
