I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change, decided to have the courtesy vehicle bring me home. The dealership had my car all day since I decided to not pick it up until my husband got home. Car was not washed, even though I was told it would be. There was plenty of time to wash it since it was there for 8 hours before I picked the car up.
