When I was quoted a rate for service. I Asked multiple times to confirm that this was the price and was assured that this I fact was. When I was called to infirm me my vehicle service was complete I was then told that there was a different rate with apologies.I asked for the purpose of clarity and then to be told a different rate and then to make me feel as if he helped me by getting the CLOSE to what he originally quoted me. I believe he needs to regain focus along with some form of ongoing training. I dint like to feel like I've been hijacked by telling me ine price and then being told I have to pay another for his mistake in quote.
