1st time meeting Paul , he was most professional and took good care of me , By him being a new guy he has to set an example for himself , which he did . He told me upfront everything that was wrong with my car a quoted me a price then gave me the option to do the work or not .

I was greeted / welcomed to your customer service she was very helpful and answered any of my questions. I don’t know who worked on my car but I was informed when it was ready to be picked up I like that it was useful. Now when I went to pick up my car the woman at the cashier desk, she could be is bit more cheerful she seemed annoyed ???? so I just grabbed my keys no thank you nothing. When I left I was thanked by the woman who took care of me earlier and said goodbye. That’s “customer service “
