Jillian was fantastic BUT this whole warranty repair took a little over 6 months to complete. All do to a typographical error on the extended service contract which was filled out wrong from the beginning. Jillian had nothing to do with this and I was told by Jim Gilbert that it was an error by whoever wrote the mileage on the contract that they entered the wrong expiration mileage. This was a TOTAL HEADACHE for me. But at least the deductible was waived. I am not a happy camper…..
