I was greeted right away for my Auto Butler appointment. I was quickly serviced and was asked if I was staying or needed a ride home. I was told it would be about 3 hours. I waited and my car was done in just 2 hours. While waiting, several employees when walking by me asked if I needed anything.

Jaime V was very curtios and helpful with my needs. I was talking with another service writer that was saying he was unsure how to do the paperwork for me and I would need to wait a minute, witch I was fine with. Just then Jaime was walking by and said (I could help you what do you need) he was not hesitant to stop and help me. Very quickly filled all the needed forms for my dreaded fiesta trains TCM reimbursement. That transmission is the only problem I had with the car. But unfortunately multiple times. 3 time before 100,000 then it went again at the same time the warranty was extended to 150,000 I had 152,000 just over, not covered. Now I was pleased when I received the latest letter that said I would be able to get reimbursed for the repair. Now I hope that FORD will be as helpful as Jaime V was and honor my claim. I don't know if matters i told Jaime that the car mileage was 210,000 but I was wrong it's only 187,000. I think FORD needs to do the right thing.
