I took the day off work, an arranged a ride, arrived an hour early for breaks and rotors and an oil change.Returned four hours later to pick up my car. Went to the cashier paid. The price requested got in my car and drove a half a block to hear my brakes squeaking. I returned to the service counter where I was told. Yes I will need some back brakes but they couldn’t do it today. I would need to make another appointment I expressed I took a day off work to get brakes done and now I have to return again to get brakes done Why didn’t someone call me when they determined I need back brakes and I’m there for front brakes to give me the opportunity to determine if I wanted to wait or just go ahead and get it done.. I’m told well it’s too late you have to make an appointment to get the back brakes done however, they should last until spring. I expressed I live in Chicago and work in Indiana. Please don’t determine my mileage related to how long my Breaks SHOULD last.So what would normally possibly last until spring may not work for me. I didn’t create a scene but I certainly am NOT satisfied as I took a day off…spent $650 and drove off with breaks squeaking.

I couldn’t ask for any other service advisor besides Melissa Lebran. Melissa was very helpful and sweet through the whole process that my car was in the shop for! She lets you know how important your car is and getting the right issues fixed as soon as possible. I’ve honestly been taking my car to just her when it has an issue because of the fact that she knows how to deal with the customer and how to keep them happy! She definitely needs to get some attention from the higher ups and give her some type of raise or something because she goes above and beyond and will keep coming back to her knowing my car will always be in good hands with her! Thank you to the Sutton team especially Melissa Lebran!
