I have already spoken with Jamie (today)about my very unfortunate incident with Jason yesterday. With three vehicles purchased from Sutton, I have gotten dozens of oil changes through Quik Lane. Over the last year, all of my encounters with Jason have been fine. However, yesterday, a disagreement over a $49.95 oil change coupon, Jason ultimately verbally threatened me and had to be restrained by his co-worker. (Please watch your video). A very unfortunate situation. I acknowledge I did raise my voice (no profanity or threats). Brian, came over but was not very helpful (dismissive) in the situation. The cashier was extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. Over the last 12 years, I have never experienced an issue like this at Sutton. However, Jamie was extremely understanding as well as my sales agent Lester who I spoke with today as well.
