Michael King was awesome, however:
I called to make an appt and the person I spoke with sounded like the cleaning guy or something and when I got there, they had no knowledge of my appt and the person I spoke with didn't give me a name to ask for.
I was in for a leaky tire and sound system issue. I really don't think that should take 4 hours to resolve, so I was not happy with the time it took to get this taken care of.
I know Michael knew I was upset about how long it took , but he returned to car to me and there was still wax writing on the windshield. Car didn't have to be washed, but I think they could have cleaned the windshield before returning it to Michael.
So, yes, THRILLED with Michael. But perhaps his support crew can use some counseling.
