Was disappointed about the wait time. Was told about an hour and 15 mins, but ended up being there over 2 hours and 15 minutes. Apparently the car wash line was backed up, but no communication was given about that. I also asked twice about my car and was told it's done, just waiting for keys. It was frustrating!!
