When the service dept. stripped the bolt of my oil pan drain plug, they fully attempted to sell me a new oil pan on something that they broke. I then had them contact a manager to call me back, and instead of attempting to fix the situation by replacing what they broke. He offered me a cheap fix to get me off the phone. I have 2 hondas and have been a Honda owner my whole life buying more than a couple of hondas. After the discouraging service I am debating amongst myself and my wife if we will every buy another Honda. Thank you arrowhead Honda for the disappointment that has been left these 2 valued customers.

Kevin Proo is the best. I have taken my Hondas into Arrowhead since 2006. I have used several different representatives and have found that Kevin Proo is the best. I will not deal with anyone other than Kevin Proo. He is the reason I don't use Showcase Honda, which is closer to me. Kevin communicates well, keeps me informed when my vehicle is being worked on. Kevin Proo explains the paperwork to me and answers all my questions. When you have a vehicle that needs maintenance or repairs I only trust Kevin Proo.
