First appointment was told no parter will never know cause. Three days later he probably never know2appointment was told had more than one had 4 recalls called manager and was told 7recals. Was told well cal you tie or wed when parts come from somewhere else and no call. I called and was put on hold. I finally said well take care of problem after holiday. Made appt and went and woman told me I had two recalls fixed and take to dmv and all will be well. I don’t know if 7recalls fixed or only two. Very confused about how things work at Kia. By way had to rent car three different times and cost me lots of money I guess own

Customer service from Stacey Keen was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and descriptive when she explained recall information that our car was due for in addition to our scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Thank you for the speedy and timely completion of our service appointment. On a separate note, although everything was excellent, I did notice the bottleneck that was caused when we arrived for out appointment. Waiting in line felt a little confusing as everyone was dropping their cars off. I understand customer service starts as soon as the customer arrives and waiting in the service line seemed to add confusion as to what was going on. We did not know if we were supposed to stay in the car or leave the car their and go to the desk. This might not be a common occurrence, but implementing processes that help facilitate a great customer experience is a manager duty. Not everyone understands what happens when they drop their vehicle off for service and making it an easy and relaxing experience will pay dividends in the long run.
