I arrived on time for my appt the technician was very helpful. This was my first visit to the service center. I was offered a car wash but I declined because I was shot on time due to another engagements. I was how ever offered to come in another time and get my car washed when I do have time. Kia really took care of me. And my wait time wasn’t long at all.

Estimated "couple of hours" time estimate, resulted in 5+ hours. I realize that another issue came up, no doubt this took additional time, but we expected sn update. I firmly believe that I should not use my "personal time" to have a factory recall issued resolved. Vehicle should be picked up dealer and brought to facility for repair. I thought we purchased dependability.

Stacie was great. There was some miscommunication, I requested all 3 wiper blades be changed but only the front ones were replaced. When we went to pick up the car, it wasn't washed so we had to wait doe that to be done. Overall I am happy with the service and will be using you in the future.
