In for 25000 service and needed brake fluid changed. Was told my prepaid service contact did not cover this. Contract Clearly shows that it is covered. Had to show employee contract. Second time this has happened.

I see the technicians coming out to brief the customer about what's going on or their finding but not to me. In addition to that they couldn't figure out the problem therefore I was told to replace a part that cost $800. How could I get charged for doing nothing!? I came to see why my airbag light is blinking and technician was not able to communicate with my car system so plugging the scanner to my car considered to be a service that worth $120!? I'm saying this because Im emotional but if I watch YouTube video i could come up with better diagnosis report than a single line note. I'm an engineer too I deal with my clients but never charge them for something that I can't be sure why the root cause is.

My service was excellent!!! I could not be happier.I'm from out of town, visiting for just over night, had a huge problem, very short on time on the holiday weekend of the 4th, and close to closing time, the listened to me then they fixed my problem quickly. I am so thankful for the quality and kindness I was given, especially Micheal, my Tech. Also, the nice lady, I don't know her name, who worked with me thru the process, and Scott who told to come right over when I called! Your dealership was a life saver for me. I had a 2000 mile drive a head of me on the 4th and your service department provided me the peace of mind and the safety I needed to make it home to Arizona without any stress or worry....about the handling of my great Murano!!! Thank you to all involved....you have a GREAT team!
