I have had problems with the battery in my 2013 Cadillac today we had to purchase another battery even though it was only less than 2 yrs old due to the battery being covered initially by the car warranty therefore even though the battery itself has a 3 year warranty it was not honored.
When we picked up the car it was dirty. I never had a problem like these when Alfredo Bedoya handled my car issues.

Truck was not repaired on time, requested update via text on completion time, no response. Multiple calls to reach service department, no answer. Finally reached a service rep after 4 PM, just to be told that the truck wouldn’t be ready till the next day. Arrived to pick up the truck to find out that the invoice was higher than originally quoted. Since oil pan filter and power steering pump had been changed asked if engine compartment had washed out, answer? Got in truck oil all over drivers door arm rest, stained dress shirt. After work went home parked in driveway, hour later oil spots under truck. Washed out engine compartment, cleaned drivers side door, crawled under truck to check for leaks. Wiped and sprayed down underside. No more spots on driveway. I assume that since the rear brake pad change was done they took the tires off the truck. Usually when my truck gets it’s scheduled oil change they also rotate the tires. Didn’t happen. I also assume they checked the air pressure on all the tires as part of free inspection, missing valve stem cap on front right is still missing. Understand Marty’s predicament, being short on techs and service reps but what makes me willing to pay $1000 to have my truck worked on @ Fisher is the expectation that it is going to be done right and on time at the quoted pice. As an Aviatiion Maintenance Manager I do appreciate the bad days, service in the past has been outstanding.

Truck was left at dealer all day, yet I still had to wait when I went to pick it up. But my bigger complaint was that the inside of my truck was very dusty when I picked it up. It was windy that day so they must have left the windows down all day. Unsatisfactory
