My car was in for service, engine light on, and it was there that day, and the next day. Marty called too late in the day to provide me with courtesy car puck up. Promised me a 7:30 pick up the next morning. I was pleased as I had things to do. My driver arrived approximately 8:30 that morning. I had a conversation with Marty that was nit very satisfying. He tried to get out of what he had promised me the night before. I believe un honesty and felt he had acted in poor faith, making a promise that could not have been possible. I also believe this all could have been avoided if they had the driver puck me up the day previously. All they needed to do that day was yes drive it that morning. So it am assuming the vehicle sat all that day.

Because the man manager only say to him to do a 4 wheel alignment
