An appointment as made for the vehicle to be checked out concerning the dash indicator and a popping noise in the steering wheel . Car was dropped off at 8:00 am. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation at the same time. Was told that oil change was not needed. I called tech back at 1:30 to check in. He said he would get back to me. Tech called and said the sensor was damaged and would need to install new sensor and paint and asked if I wanted to go ahead with it. I asked for an estimate total. Carlos Called me back the next day and asked if I wanted the work done but still did not give me an estimate of repair. He finally gave my husband a bid and said he would get it done. Then called back to say the parts were not in and we would have to reschedule for the following week. For Two days they had my car for absolutely nothing! That’s when we called Heinz. He was very helpful. He told us he would order the part, and to bring the car back in Tuesday morning. He also agreed to do the oil change and tire rotation that we requested. I do not appreciate the up-selling that Carlos pushed for the vehicle, nor his non-responsiveness to requests like a quote or an oil change. I will not deal with him again.

I was irritated that I had to be without my car all day. And then was told that my car would not be ready until the next day. However I was given a loaner vehicle which helped immensely. I also enjoyed the fact that when I got into the vehicle there was a religious station on. Thank you for all your help in getting my vehicle fixed!

My Service Advisor Carlos Ibarra was excellent!! My issue is on the service side. Several gaskets were replaced on the engine covers due to an oil leak. It appears that one of them wasn't replaced correctly. It's leaking oil and I wasn't able to use my vehicle because of this all weekend. I noticed the leak after I picked up my truck and had it parked in my driveway Saturday evening. My wheel alignment is also out of spec. This was noticed while driving home as well. My steering wheel is no longer centered. My original visit was to get a brake flush done. I have a concern that I'll also bring up to service regarding the flush. There's now a "squeaking" sound when I press on my brakes. It seems to happen at random intervals. The only thing that was done correctly during my visit was the rear shock install. I will be returning my truck to service Monday morning 2/12. Once again my service advisor was outstanding. The issues appear to possibly be part of a slip in quality assurance in the repair bay. I'm disappointed with my experience and now question future service visits for my truck and other GM vehicles.

Can't believe the struggle and pain I had to go. First I made an appointment and received pushback because these are made for nothing! Then after demanding service , can't believe the only thing the technicians made was to erase a check engine code which was clearly for a bad oxygen sensor on a 2018 vehicle! Oh c'mon! Barely 3k miles and already giving issues, and makes me. mlore angry I had to wait a day and a half just for them to reset the code & do nothing else. Disappointing!
