I brought my vehicle in to the dealership on 11/21/17. I made an appointment, and brought the vehicle in on time. I had already run the diagnostics on the vehicle and gave specific instructions on what needed to be fixed:
Airbag sensor, MAP sensor, driver's door handle (I provided the part), radio programmed (I provided the radio), and a shift solenoid sensor.
After almost a week, the only thing that the service department was able to fix was the door handle. The service rep, Robert Warren, did an excellent job of keeping in touch with me, although there was never any real progress to speak of. He kept telling me that because there were so many error codes they could not fix things any faster. He also stated that they were "trying to fit my vehicle in between other appointments". Unacceptable, my appointment should have been just as important as ANY OTHER APPOINTMENT. Furthermore, when I picked up the vehicle yesterday, it showed only 3 hours of labor had even been done on the vehicle, so I have no way of knowing if his claims that more time was taken on the vehicle are true or not.
Overall, nothing got fixed except for a door handle, which meant the $411 I spent is a gross overcharge for what I received after a week of being run around.
I will NEVER return to your dealership. Your service department basically accomplished what I already had been able to do on my own, and made me feel stupid for ever having brought the vehicle to your dealership.
You have lost a customer, and I will be sharing my story and experience so that others do not have to deal with this sort of poor service.
