Heinz is very professional. I like him as my service writer, he has done nothing wrong. but my car to me still runs the same. It shakes at a stop, and stalls when accelerating from a stop, not all the time but it does. I drove the new 2017 & my car does not run that way at all. I took my car in before 4th of July there were no scratches, I took my car in last week yes dirty because of the rain storm and sprinkles we had, they washed it. Got home and I have a scratch on the hood by the windshield wipers.
