The recall went great however when I asked to get my truck serviced at the same time they said they needed my truck all day. I have always had my truck serviced at the Chevy dealer in Wyoming and i never had to leave my truck all day so I had to take it elsewhere

I took my truck in for an oil change yesterday and I know I didn't have an appointment for it but had left it till you guys had a chance to squeeze it in and I greatly appreciate that you guys were able get it done that same day. The only thing I was a little disappointed with or about was that when I dropped it off I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed and I said yes to having it washed. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed it didn't get washed and Im guessing when the mechanic was working on my truck he left a few hand prints or smuges on one side of front fender with what looked to be oil that could have been on his work gloves. I didn't say anything or make a big deal about it cause you guys were able to squeez me in yesterday. Other than that everything else was perfect!

I took my truck in for alignment and Fisher Chevy was not able to correct the issue. Waste of my time for having truck there for 8 hours and this was the second time its been in for the alignment. 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd.
