Carlos was great. However. Took 3 different trips to fix a bad radio. Thats 3 days without a car. Plus, only 2 courtesy rides per day scheduled to my area? Even if my car wad ready couldnt pick it up. Even though the work was covered by extended warranty, almost 500 dollars in labor? Was this because the work had to be done twice due to miss diagnosis?
One more question. Purchased tire package with car but you wouldn't rotate my tires without charging me. Spent 20000+ and you can't rotate tires without charging? Next time I'll stick to discount tire and their services.
