I seem to never be disappointed with this dealership service. They provided me an estimate for the work to be done when I picked up the vehicle, the actual cost was considerably less. My new service advisor was very courteous and I think she will do very well in this service department. I trust this place with all my GM vehicles.

Carlos was very proffessional and accomadating. I arrived an hour before my appointment and Carlos found a way to satisfy the customer.Only dissatisfaction was the washing of my truck. When it was returned to me looked like someone spit milk all over it (water spots).

I was told service would take 1.5-2 hrs. For a replacement part...
This was after I had had my routine service (10,000 miles) the day before and they found a part that needed replacing, which also needed to be ordered and then would be replaced the next day. Ok No prob. Next day after drop off 3 hrs no phone call 4 hrs no phone call, so after my second phone call in to find out what the status was on my car, I find out that the agent left for the day and was not there, explains the no communication. So now I know my service agent had left and car was ready for pick up, Who knew? I as eventually told my car was ready, great! But had I not called how long would that senerio gone on? After my call, knowing it was finally ready, I get a pre programed text that my car is ready from said absent agent. Needless to say, not the ALL time WORST, but certainly not the BEST customer service. Knowledge goes a long way and I would
prefer to know the truth and especially the timing of the situation which goes a
long way...
