Levi Witmer does a horrible job he must be related to somebody that’s high up in management or that owns the dealership. I was a first time customer and he let me down several times. Number one call people give them an update as to the status of there vehicle I dropped my truck of at 7am At 4pm he finally called to tell me that it wasn’t ready and it would be first in the shop the next day. This was bold face lie because when I tried to text him at 10:40 am Friday I was never texted back so at around 1:40 pm on Friday I called and left a message on what should be a direct line he never called back picture that so I called the main number where I got put on hold then finally a guy named Heinz talked me then I received a call from Levi which still didn’t know the status of my vehicle. So finally at 2:51 Levi calls me to tell what the problem is then tries to up sell me and pad the bill which I do not appreciate so i stop dealing with Levi because for a lack of a better word he is an idiot so I start working Heinz and we get quote all worked out. So finally on Saturday I come to pick my truck up after three days so guess what happens I go to pay and the lady goes is it under a different last name I say nope my paper work is sitting over on Levi’s desk he’s so lazy that he can’t even walk over my paper work. So finally they get me checked out and they pull my truck up guess what it’s not washed like Levi said it would be on Thursday morning I mean one thing after another with this guy I’m telling you I never want to come back but guess what your the only dealership for miles around.

Hector provided outstanding service from start to finish. He listen to me and wrote down all the issues we were having with vehicle and made sure all of them were addressed properly. Our vehicle is back to great running condition and in safe conditions for wife to travel with our kids. This is what cust service is about . Along with your maintenance techs they did great as well . Invoice # 575171 “Liftgate shocks leaking fluid and not holding liftgate up” Customer states liftgate feels very heavy when trying to open in ”manual” mode. Was quoted on 2 different phone calls for $135. for diagnostic. When I got the bill the change was $197.45 for the dianostic. I discussed this with Heinz and he said he would take $75 off the wheel alignment. He added it back on the dianostic charge. ??? I told the service writer(Carlos) I thought it was a start when I brought the car in. A competent mechanic would have checked the struts first given the symptoms. This computer dianostic is just a way to jack up the bill. And the to get it jacked even higher is an insult. And $69.99 per strut? Come on. This is the internet age and I’m not stupid. You got me this time but I will not give you a another chance to do it. And I will not be purchasing a replacement ehicle through Fisher. Hope that $200 bucks is worth it to your company. ???? NOW YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY.
