Well where to start? I took my vehicle for a ac diagnostic. It is leaking freon. The first day I dropped it off at 7 am. By 2:30 pm they did not get to my vehicle, which I had to pick up. No problem i understand you were busy. The second day I got to the dealership at 6:30 am. I was third in line. Once again I had to pick up my vehicle at 2:30. They did not find the leak but DID RECHARGE MY HVAC SYSTEM, even though it has a LEAK..... so instead of pressurizing the system and adding a dye I was charge for RECHARGING MY AC SYSTEM. Which is not what I took the vehicle for.... I took the vehicle for a ac diagnosis which I was told and given a statement it would cost $129... the only reason I paid was because I had to leave at 2:30... I will be taking my vehicle back tomorrow FOR A AC DIAGNOSIS AND TO GET MY FULL REFUND FOR SERVICES I DID NOT ASK FOR OR CONSENT TOO. See you tomorrow in the morning.. Fernando M
